I don't think you'll find a herb more commonly used in food than Parsley. It has an extremely distinct aroma and taste, however, the stems are commonly used for cooking, as the leaves are primarily for garnishing. They're also rich in Vitamin C. B12, K, and A - so they're as healthy as they are tasty!

Seeds per pot: Approximately 15-20 evenly spread
Planting depth: Sow your seeds 3mm below the soil
Sprouting time: 7-14 days
Plant life: Up to 12 weeks
Parsley will begin to start sprouting within 1-2 weeks, but don't be worried it if takes its time in the beginning. Usually starting quite slowly, but eventually, it will have a spurt of energy and flourish almost overnight. Parsley is considered fully grown by 7 weeks, but you can begin to harvest the leaves as early as one month after planting.
