Just like their cousin Chives (or Onion Chives), Garlic Chives are a brilliant all-around multi-use herb. They can be used to add a Garlic-like flavour to Poultry or Fish, or simply be used as a garnish for soups or salads. They do look a little different though. Distinguishable by their flatter, slightly narrower tubes, and broader leaves, Garlic Chives are a perfect addition to any dish and a must-have in any indoor garden.

Once planted, Garlic Chives will begin to sprout in approximately one to two weeks. Begin harvesting the outer leaves after 4 weeks to encourage growth.
